On the passing of the last Medical act, there was a year of grace and many were given, after a trifling examination, the membership of the College. Dr Hart was one of those that were going to oppose granting membership to SimpsonÆs son, but he got an injunction û on Harts agreement- and stopped him. He afterwards he practised at Layer Breton.
